Metro Presort helped me find a good list, plan a good campaign, and reach my targeted audience with personalized mail. Direct mail only costs too much if no one responds.

Excellent Data Processing Department
The merge/purge processing of our house and prospect files by Metro Presort has been a great benefit to our company. I have had other companies do this process in the past, but their service levels and quality were not as good as your company. With other companies we ended up with more duplication then was acceptable to me.
Your staff follows my instructions as requested helping us to purge as many duplications as possible, saving us a lot of money in postage and catalogs. As you know, I usually do not give you a lot of time to complete my project and your company always meets my impossible deadlines. For our project in June your staff completed the project quickly and thoroughly. Because they were so quick, they waited over a week for me to review and give my final approval. For most vendors I work with, I am usually waiting for them! That is incredible. Certified Mail – Easy To Use
I find the Certified Mail system from Metro Presort is easy to use and has helped to streamline the sending out of Certified Mail.
Metro Presort supplies me with their patented envelopes. I just log into their web based software to prepare and process my Certified Mail. No more filling out Green Cards or waiting for them to come back from the USPS. It’s all right there online and easy to use. In addition to the time savings it also saves me money. I would recommend their system to anyone who sends out Certified Mail.
